New Patients
**Please note that new patient applications submitted over the Christmas period will be reviewed in the New Year**
We are pleased to be in a position to accept new patients on a limited basis.
To apply to join the practice, simply complete the form below. Applications using our online form are directed to a secure email address.
If you are unable to complete the internet form, paper forms are available at reception. We regret that we will not be able to post or email forms to you.
Please note that New Patient applications are reviewed on a weekly basis, and you will be contacted by email or text message regarding your application. You will not be considered a registered patient of the practice until you have been notified that your application has been successful.
Given capacity constraints and our desire to provide the best possible service to patients in the Inchicore area, we regret that we will not be able to accept all applications.
