Repeat Prescription requests can be made as normal through the surgery by contacting reception during opening hours, leaving a voicemail at other times or by emailing the practice.
Our opening hours will change over Christmas week and Out of Hours cover is in place. Our opening hours are as follows:

When the surgery is closed, the Out of Hours DubDoc service operates appointments at St James’ Hospital is available for patients with urgent medical issues.
A telephone service is also available from Dubdoc when the St James’ Hospital clinic is closed, operating 24/7 over weekends and bank holidays. Dubdoc can be contacted by phone on 01 45 45 607.

We respectfully request that all patients with recent onset respiratory symptoms (runny nose, new cough, sore throat, sinus symptoms, flu like symptoms, temperatures) to wear a mask while on the premises.
Patients without respiratory symptoms are welcome to wear masks during appointments if they wish. Clinic staff may wear masks during appointments.
